I have worn many leather boots both in the Army, working heavy construction, and camping in the wilds. These are the lightest boots I have ever worn. The thick soles add to the comfort.

Good attempt at a facsimile of the original version. I upgraded the insoles for better cushion and support. Durable canvas and sturdy rubber sole. Runs a little hot. Would help if it had air inflow /outflow screened holes at the bottom.
