Hsgi makes solid gear. The bleeder is no diffrent. The fact that it only takes two molle rows and has a secure pouch for trama shears is what makes this my favorite ifak. Just enough room for tourniquet, compression bandage and guaze/quick clot.

Designed to hold medical gear and grant immediate access to medical shears, the Bleeder/Blowout Pouch is a versatile, compact medical pouch perfect for belts or rigs with limited real estate. There is a dedicated rear slot for medical shears, secured by strap and snap and the main pouch utilizes quick-pull interior strap to aid in one handed removal of contents. Flap allows user to engage either a side release buckle, hook and loop closure, or both. The pouch includes a grommet on bottom for drainage.
