It does. The skull crusher (goofy name for harness) is not exactly comfortable and needed to be adjusted a lot, but it does give you another option that works pretty well.

Great lightweight pair of nvgs, the battery life is phenomenal and the image quality is awesome. ATN customer support has also been amazing answering any questions I had about the goggles. Highly recommend ATN and my new NVG7s
